Section 1. That the sum of 4 1,981.00 , or as much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, in the

for the purchase of one combined scarifier and grader for use in the
Street Department,
Section 2. That the mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the city's warrant or warrants made payable to
insuch sums and in such maturities as they
may beem for the Dest interests of the city.
Section 3. This ordinance to be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
