A.a I -
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots,

parcels and other subdivisions of real property
within said Street improvement District To. 376
of the pity of -ittle dock, Arkansas, be and
they are hereby assessed according to the assess-
ment list _'or said improv event district as the
same now remains in the office of the City Clerk
in the City of Iji.ttle Hock, Arkansas, and a& the
same may be annually readjusted by the Board of
Assessors, anc. that 3.25 per centum of the said
assessr_ient of the value of the benefits on each
of said blocks, lots, parcels and other subdivi-
sions of land shall be Maid on or before the first
du y of January in the year 1925 and that 4 per
centum of said assessor ent of the value of file -- ,
benefits upon each of said blocks, lots, parcels
andother subdivisions of land shall be paid
annually on or "before the first day of January
of each year beginning with 1926 and thereafter
until the whole of said assessment shall have been
paid - The first annual paym U shall be made on
or before the first day of January, 1925•
Section 2. That E.11 ordinances and parts of
ordinances in corhiZlict le rewith are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
