FEET, AND FOR OTIirr:R PURL POSES

of the East 20 feet of the E1 of the 3Vi, of the Mkl of the SB�,L of
Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, and H. N. Bennett and
Julia E. Bennett of the ntest 20 feet of the N21-of the SE& of the
NVI-,'- of the SE' of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 12 'lest, have
dedicated the said property to the city to be kept open as a ?public
high -way of the city, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE. ROCK:
ST'CTION 1. That the dedication by the said owners of the
above described property, being a strip of land 40 feet wide, extending
from Van Buren Street from the north end of Newton addition to a dis-
tance of about 400 feet, as shown by the plat and bill of assurance
heretofore filed in the office of the Recorder of Rulaski County, be,
and the same is hereby acce-oted by the amity of Little Rock.
