Section 1. That the sum of tour 'Thousand Tw-p Hundred
Ninety Eight Dollars and Ten cents (.�4, 295.10) be and
the same is hereby appropriated out ct the
Fund. not otherwise appropriated for the piz• chase of
asphalt used in the pavement of the old City Lark.
Section 2. That the I:Iayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant or
warrants of such dates and such maturities as they may
deem bo be for the best interests of the city., made
payable to the Southern Material & Construction Company.
