BE I`T' ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNUIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance Lo. 3670
passed by the City Council of the City of
Little mock, Arkansas, on October L7th, 1924
be, and the same hereby is &mended to read as
follows:
"That the several blocks, lots, parcels
and other subdivisions of real property within
said Street Improvement District T4 . 378 of
t )le City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and they
are hereby assessed according to the assessment
list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the office of the city clerk
in the Cit; of Little mock, Arkansas, and as
the same may be annually readjusted by the
board of assessors, and that 3.50 per centum
of the said assessment of the value of the
benefits on each of said blocks, lots, parcels
and other subdivisions of la na shall be paid
on or 'before the first day of July in the year
1925, and that 5 per centum of said assessL. ent
of the value of the benefits upon each of said
blocks, lots, parcels L.nd other subdivisions of
land shall be paid annually on or before the
first day of July of each year beginning with
1926 ana thereafter until the whole of said
assessment shall have been p--.id. the =first
annual paymen � shall be made on or before the
first day of July, 1925."
Section 2. Thut all ordinaLces una parts
Of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after it- passage.
