within that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski Cibunty, Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward making of local improvements therein by forming the
territory hereinafter described into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set out.

S;CTION 1: That said Street Improvement District
No. 412 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving
in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district, the following street:
Booker Street from the south property line
of '`lest 12th Street to the north property
line of "lest 20th Street,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accord,3nce ,'Iith an Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled ".An Act
to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class,"
approved i�iarch 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the bound-
aries of said district shall include the following property:
All that real property lying within 150 feet
east of the east property line and all that
real property lying within 150 feet west of
the west prone rty line, respectively, of Booker
Street from the south property line of 7.1est 12th
Street to the north property line of 'lest 20th
Street.
3 MI ON 2: That all ordinances and Parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, an6rthis
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and the City Clerk is hereby ordered -iithin twenty
days from the date of its passage to publish the same in some
newspaper published in the City of Little Pock for one inser-
tion,
