work necessary and incident to the constructing of said grad-

Addition to Little hock, and running in a Southerly direction
along; the said crest line of Elm Street and said line >roduced,
a distance of 178. feet to the South line of South Lookout

the estim ..ted cost of the improvement in Street Ir.provement
District No. 335, is less than sixty (60Vo) per centum of the
value of the real nronerty in said District No. 335, and the
annexed territory cornbired., as s'iown by the last county as-
sessment, and is less than one hundred. (100%) per centum of
the value of the real property in said annexed territory, as
shown by the last county assessment:
