SITUATED ON THE ARKANSAS RIVER BANK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTICIL OF T'F CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That perrai scion be and tt.e same is hereby granted

brick on the property leased from the City situated on the strip
of ground Norte of the Old State House grounds, bounded on the

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
zerewith are hereby repealed only so fax as thie ordinance is af-
fected and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
