Hoek, r1rk'ansas, orLanized for the purpose of making local
improvements therein for the purpose of (1) building a sanitary
seti:-'er systeii with the necessary mains and l- Aurals and connections
to serve the property included in said district and septic tanks
and. such outlet there for as may be necessi i°y for said system, and
(2) to build sidewalks on the follov,ing streets lying within said
district:
Crestwood Drive, on both the north and south sides thereof,
from the east side of Prospect ,,venue to the east :ride of beech
Street extended south to the east property line of Lot 114,
Cliffev:teod, except .I-iere said Crestwood Drive is intersected on
the north side by Jackson, Monroe, Spruce, Palm and - < -eech 6treets
Cantrill Poad, on the south side thereof, from the east side of
Prospect revenue to the west side of beech Street extended across
Cantrell road, e, :cept where said Cantrell load is intersected on
the south side by Jackson, Monroe, Spruce and Palm 6treet2, and
Palm, Spruce, Lonroe and Jackson Streets, on Loth the east
and west sides thereof, from tlie south side of Cantrell 1load to the
north side of Crestv.rood Drive, and
Prospect .-Avenue on the east side thereof, from the south side
of Cantrell :road to the north side of Crestwood Drive:
E---eech Street on the crest side thereof, from the south side of
Cantrell P�oad to the north side of Crestwood Drive.
All to be done in such manner and with such materiels as the
commissioners of the district shall determine to be for the best

interest: of the district, have petitioned the City Council of
Little =cock for the construction of said improvement and that the
cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within said
district according to tie benefits received;, and

and parcel of real property situated within said district equals
or exceeds the local assessment thereon; anu

THEIMPORS, it is nu,. , ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little !lock, Ar= a.nsas,
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of
real property in said 6evver anu aides alk Improvement District
i,o. 403 be and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment
list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of tine City Clergy- of the City of 'Little Rock:., and as the
same may be annually re- adjusted by the Board of Asses ors, and
that four (4) percenturi of said assessment of the value of benefit
to each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid on or
before the first day of May, 1925; that ei`ht (,,-) percentum of said
assessment shall be paid annually on or before the first day of May
of each of the years 1926 to 1937 inclusive, until tie whole cf said
local assessment shall be paid.
erection 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby re�:ealed and this ordinance
s'S.lall be in full force ana effect from and fter its passaCe.
