An Ordinance Reducing the levy of Assess-
ment of 3enefits in the Gdright Avenue Annex
to Street Improvement District No. 351.

7MEREAS, the actual cost of construction in the
Uright Avenue Annex to Street Improvement District Iio. 351
has been less than the estimated. cost and it is not neces-sary
to collect as large an annual levy as originally provided for.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels
of real -property within the 'Vright Avenue Annex to Street Im-
provement District No. 351 be, and they are hereby, assessed
according to the assessment list for said Wright Avenue Annex,
as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted
by the board of assessors, and that five (5) per centum of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each of sat"_ blocks,
lots and parcels of land shall be paid annual y on or b,,-.fore the
first clay of Tovember of each year until the whole of said as-
sessment shall have been paid. The first annual payment under
this ordinance should be made on or before the first day of
November, 1925, and this annual collection of five (5) percentum
shall govern thereafter.
Section 2. That all ordinances or Darts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,and_ this ordinance s' ^all
be in full force and effect from and after its passage*
