LAFFERTY ESTATE TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE IN THE REAR OF
WEST MARKHAM STREET, AYD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE'IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LTTTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Dan Boone, Trustee of the Thos. Lafferty
estate, be and he is hereb l�' s� granted permission to construct
a galvanized iron garage„ to be used by him ;personally, in the
rear of 422 West Markham Street.
Sec +ion 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, only insofar as they affect this
ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
