Section 1. That Resolution No. 1141, passed September
17th, 1923, is hereby repealed and the ; "dater Company is ordered
and directed to install an 8" main in Jackson Street from the end.
of the 8" main at Wooalawn and Jackson to Lee Avenue, hence westward
on Lee to Folk, thence northward on Polk to K Streets area thence east-
ward on K to Tyler Streets, and thence southward on Harrison Street
to A Street and locate fire hydrants at the following locations.

Section 2. This extension and hydrants are ordered in
accordance with Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed Au#tst 13,
1923, and as amended by Ordiance Yo. 3442, pasted Yarch 24, 19 ?4.
Section 3. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from ana after its passage.
