ING , FLIMAB ING, BRICK ', ORK AND GENERAL CONTRACTING IN REMODEL -
ING A PORTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK PUBLIC LIBRARY, TO PURCHASE
NEtN S HE IVING , AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO C ON-
TRACT TMUiEFOR AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the sum of $1, 709.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any money or moneys in the
general revenue fund not otherwise appropriated, for the pur-
pose of decorating, heating, plumbing, brick work and general
contracting in remodeling a portion of the Little Rock Public
Library, to purchase new shelving.
SECTION 2. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to i--=ed iately enter contracts for this
work and the, Ifayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to issub the Citeswarrant or warrants in payment therefor ,pay-
able to the: parties to whom contracts are awarded, with such
'maturity or maturities as in their judgment they deem to the
best interest of the City.
. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
