FISCAL AGENT'S FEB FCF- EXTENLING WARRANTS FROM DECEMBER
31ST 1924 TO MAY 31, 1925.
BE IT ORDAINEI3 BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
63CTION 1. That the sum of $1,5341 for as much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund
not otherwise appropriated for the ouipose of paying the
Arkansaw `:later Company fiscal agent's fee for ma'cing an
extension of warrants totaling 461,455 *86 from December
31st, 1924 to 14ia ZYGt, 1925, and the 1,,Tayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to draw the City's warrant for
the sum of $1,534.35, or as much thereof as may be necessary
made payable to the Arkan.saw `dater Company and with such
maturity as mqV be in their discretion for the best interest
of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage.
