AN ORDINANCE REDUCING TIE: LEVY Or ASSESS13, NT
Or BEN -;FITS IN CURB, GUTTER & STORM SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 3319 OF THI; CITY Or LITTLE ROCH,
PULASIa COUNTY, ARKLITSAS.
WHEREAS, the actual cost of construction in Curb,
Gutter & Storm Sewer District No. 331, of the amity of
Little Rock., Pulaski county, Arkansas, has been less
than estimated and it is not necessary to collect as
lame an annual levy as originally provided for,
M , THMEzORE, be it ordained by the City Council
of the pity of Little Hock, ArkansLs:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property within Curb, Gutter & Storm
Sewer District No. 331 be, and they are hereby assessed
according to the assessment list for said Curb, Gutter
& Storm Sewer District No. 331, as the same now re-
mains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little stock, Pulaski county, Arkansas, and as the
same may be annually readjusted by the Beard of
Assessors, and that six (6) per centum of said assess-
ment of the value of the be efits of each of said
blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid an-
nually on or before the first day of may of each year
until the whole of said assessment shall have been
paid. The first annual payment under this ordinance
shall be made on or before the first day of LAY,
1925, and this annual collection of six (6) per
centum shall govern thereafter-
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and aft or its passage.
