THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO PAY THE SOUTHERN MATERIAL
& CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR EXCAVATIONS AND ATHLETIC FIELD
EMBANK14ENT AT FAIR PARK A.ND OTHER PUR POSES .

LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $6,206.90 be and the
same is h,areby appropriated out of any money or moneys in
the general revenue fund, not otherwise appropriated for
the purpose of paying the Southern Uaterial & Construction
Co. for extra excavation and athletic field embanlrment,
8,867 cubic yards, at 70 cents per yard, they Liayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's
warrant or warrants in the sum total of :6,206.90, payable
to the Southern Material & Construction Company, and bear-
ing
such maturit
or maturities
as in their judgment they
deem
to the best
interests of the
City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
