ORDINANCE ONLY $RSOFAR AS THEY CONFLICT VIITH THE OPERATION
OF T7I S ORDINANCE -, AND FOR' OTHER -PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN' BY TH CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That permission be and the same is hereby
granted John P.Almand to erect a garage or garages,capable
of housing thirty pleasure auto mobiles , on his property
West of the Rackensack Apartments,that is, at the Northwest
corner of High Street and the North circle of the State
Capital driveway,whi ch property is described as Lots 1,2 and
3,-Block 8 of the Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little
Rock,said garage or garages
to be of neat
design and construction, and the City 7ngineer is hereby
authorized and directed to issue permit therefor upon
filing of necessary plans and specific at ions, if required,
and upon payment of the regularly required building permit
fee.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. --5-77 , and any and all
other ordinances in oonfiict herewith are hereby repealed
only insofar as they conflict with the operation of this
ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
