An ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to
be received by the owners of each of the several lots, blocks,
parcels, and other subdivisions of land :.i thin Sidewalk, Curb,
and Gutter Improvement District No. 414, of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.

orming real property adjoining the locality to be affected and
situated within Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Improvement Tistrict
No. 414, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of making local imlDrovenents therein by the constructing
of sidewalks, curbi np, and guttering, an-i doing the necessary ex-
cavating, graditng, filling, and draining therefor, in such manner
and wits: such materials as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be f.:)r the best interests of the district, and upon
the streets set out in their petition, have petitioned the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction
of said improvements, and that the cost thereof sha.il be assessed
upon t.he real property within said district, according to the bene-
fits received, and

block, parcel and other subdivision of real property situated with-
in said district, equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon,
and

*SGT, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of
tLle City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several lots, blocks, parcels,
a.na other subdivisions of real property xithin sjid Side, -mlk, Curb,
and Gutter Improvement District No. 414, of the City of Little Rock,
Arkanaa.s, be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assess-
ment list for said imp rover• ent district, a.s the same now remains
in.the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,

and as the sane may be annuully readjusted by the Board of Assess-
ors, and that ten per cent (1010) of said assessment of the value
of benefits of each of said lots, blocks, parcels, and other sub-
divisions of real property in said district, shall be paid annual-
ly on or before the 10th day of Jude of each year, until the vihole
of said t,ssessment
shall have
been
paid.
The first annual payment
shall be Made on or
before the
10th
day
of.June, J_925.
Section 2. That all ordinances or Parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passes
