AN ORDINANCE GRANT! YG PERX.ISSION TO ;OODSMALL & COBB TO
ERECT A SHEET TRETAL WAREHOUSE AT BROADWAY AND GARLAND
STREET, AND FOR OTH"TR P7- RPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission be and the same is hereby
granted to Woodsmall & Cobb to erect a sheet metal vTarehouse,
12x30 feet, not exceeding ter. feet in height, at the northeast
corner of Broadway and Garland Street, sane being on portion
of Block 156, City of Little Rock.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they affect this
ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effedt from and after
its passage.
