AN ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE ERECTION OF A REFRESHMENT
STAND AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TEi3TH AND 'LAIN STREETS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK :.
Section 1. That the City Engineer be, and he is
hereby, instructed to issue a permit to J. C. Harder and J. N.
Heagen for the erection of a building, 20x301, fifteen feet
high, hollow tile and stucco construction, with composition
roofing, parapet wall with a tile coping, on the tract 111x140,
at the southeast corner of Tenth and Main Streets, the usual
fees to be paid for this permit.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, and all
ordinances, insofar as they conflict herewith, are hereby
repealed.
