ORDINANCE NO. 4553•
An ORDINANCE GRANTING TO TI-7E 0000 COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF ARKANSAS THE
RIGHT TO EXCAVATE UNDER THE SIDEWALK PARELLING ARCH STREET AND LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF CAPITOL AVENUE AND ARCH STREETS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That a permit is hereby granted to the Coco role. Bottling
Company of Arkansas to excavate under the sidewalk parellelltng Arch Street
and located on the South East Corner of Capitol Avenue and Arch streets
the dimensions of said excavation to be 9 by 13 feet in accordance with
plans now on file rvith the City Engineer of Little Rock, upon the payment
lay said company of the fees now 'prescribed by ordinance for such excavat-
ions
Section 2. This ordinRnce shall take effect and be in .force from and after
the date of its passage.
