AN ORDINANCE AUT'1,10RIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO CONSIDER
THE ADVISABILITY OF PURCHASING CERTAIN FIRE APPARATUS AND TO
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME , IF THEY DEEM ADVISABLE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be, and the
same is hereby authorized to consider the advisability of pur-
chasing one 750 - gallon combination purlper and wagon to replace
the apparatus recently demolished, and if they deem it advis-
able to contract for the purchase of said equipment.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
