ORDINANCE N0. 4564
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,538.95 FROM THE
AIRPORT, FIRE EgUIPME�TT AND HOSPITAL FUND IN PART PAYMENT ON
CONSTRUCTION OF ANNEX TO THE GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. . That the slim of $15,538.85 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the Airport, Fire Equipment
and Hospital Fund for the purpose of payment in part on con-
struction contract of annex to the General Hospital, as follows,
(to be charged to the Hospital Annex Account):
McGregor & Pickett:
First payment on contract as per first
architect's estimate $ 15,538-85
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrant therefor, payable to the parties named,for
the amount mentioned.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
