AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,822.75 FROM THE PARK
FUND) k D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,822.75 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the Park Fund, for the
purpose of paying Shearman Concrete Pipe Company for sewer
pipe used for drainage purposes in Fair Park, and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's
warrant therefor, payable to the parties named, for the amount
above mentioned.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
