ACCEPTIT?G AND CORTFIRMIT ?G THE DEDICATION OF STREETS CONTAINED
IN THE PLAT AND BILL OF ASSURANCE TRADE AND EXECUTED BY THE
MINERS CF BLOCK ONE (1), FOREST PARK ADDITION TO TI±F CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARXANSAS, AND DATED THE DAY OF
1930.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
INHEREAS, all of the owners of Block One (1), Forest Perk Addition,
to the City of Little Rock, Ar lmnsas, have replatted and resubdivided the
Block One (1) of Forest Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and on the said Replat did note and designate and did dedi-
cate to the public use the streets as shown in said Plat, replatting
the said property, which Plat was filed for record In the Office of
the Circuit Clerk anal Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on the
day of c
1930, and is now
recorded in Plat Record Book No. , at PqP of the
Records of said County; and on the same da "l• filed a Bill of Assurance, which
is now recorded in Book w,;I-O '7 , at Page �� of the records
in the said Recorder's Office;
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, that the said streets which are noted and laid out on said Plat,
Replatting Block One (1) of Forest Park Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas,
which Plat and Bill of Assurance are dated the 3 % day of
1930, and recorded in Plat Book
at Pagc
of the records of the Recorder's Office
of Fulaski County, Arkansas, and t're dedication thereof as such streets
be and the saule are hereby accepted and confirmed. And that Arthur
Street and Cleveland Street be changed and altered as shown on sa;_d.
Plat, Replatting said Block One (1) of Forest Park Addition, and that
the alley, and all lands heretofore dedicated. between Lots Ore (1) to
Eleven (11), exclusive, and Lots Tlvelve (12) to Twenty -tvro (22), inclusive,
be and the same are hereby vacated; and the said Plat, Replatting said
Block One (1) of Forest Pnrk Addition, and the Bill of Assurance are
hereby approved, accepted and confirmed as filed.
This Ordinance to be in full force and effect from a after its
