PARK CONTAINED IN THE PLAY' AND BILL OF A- ,SURANCE OF NORMANDY,
MADE AND EXECUTED BY COLE BUILDING UUMPANY, AND DATED THE

A91 EREAS, Cole Building Company is the owner of certain lands in
the Northeast Quarter( mlfl of the Northeast Quarter (NE21-) of Section
Thirty -six (36); Township Two (2), North; Range Thirteen (13), ;'vest; which
lands, cr a portion thereof, have heretofore been platted as Springdale
Addition, or a portion thereof, and did on the . day o `, 1930P
replat the same as NoRM.ANDY, an addition to the city of Little Rock, rrkan-
sas, which plat of NURMANDY is now recorded in "Plat Record Bcok 5 n,
at rage , of the records in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, on which Plat were designated certain streets , a public
park and easements, which streets, public park and easements are more par-
ticularly described in the Bill of Assurance and Plat of Norn-andy, and the
public park being only that portion of the land platted as NORMANDY that is
referred to or named on the plat as "Public Park "; and did on the same day
make and execute a lledieation of Restrictions, which is recorded in "Book
No. ", at Page , of the Records of the said County;
BE IT OR DAINED by the city Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, that the said streets, the public park and the easements which
are noted and laid out upon said plat of NORMANDY, which lands so platted
are more pa rticularly described in the Plat and Bill of Assurance filed

on the'31�tt. day of , 1930, by Cole Building Company, be and the same
are hereby accented and confirmed; and the said Plat, Bill of Assurance and
Dedication of Restrictions are hereby approved, accepted and confirmed.
TICS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and erfect from and after
its passage.
