AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $892.93 FROM THE PARK
FUND FOR EQUIPMENT FOR AND I MPROVEMENT OF FAIR PARK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT•., :ORDA.INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $892.93 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the Park Fund for the pur-
pose of paying for certain equipment, etc., used in connection
with the improvement of Fair Park, as follows:
Fones Bros. Hardware Co.:
1 Eagle Mower, Ride Type
Freight from Philadelphia
Lawn Mower Company, Inc.,
to Little Rock
C. L. Tipton:
Plants
James Lawson, City Collector:
$ 505.00

To Reimburse General Fund
for Freight Bills paid on
stone and sewer pipe delivered
at Fair Park 3ol.o4
TOTAL ....................... $ 592.93
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants therefor, payable to the parties named, for
the amounts mentioned.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
