AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE CHICAGO,ROCK
ISLAND AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY TO BUILD, CONSTRUCT AND
LAY A TEAM TRACK AT WEST SIXTH AND DENNISON STREETS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINM D BY THE," CITY COUNCIL OF TH-E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Chicago, Rock Island and.Pacific
Railway Company is hereby granted permission to build, construct
and lay a team track across West Sixth Street thence south on
Dennison Street two hundred (200) feet between West Sixth and
Seventh Streets
Section 2. This permit is granted for a, period of ten
(10).yea.rs from date and so long as the City of Little Rock
shall use said team track as unloading facilities for its
construction material yard and asphalt plant the grantee herein
shall be exempt from payment of the usual license fees for
said permit. Whenever the City shall cease to use said team
track for said purposes the usual and legal fees provided by law
shall annly to the grant. The grantee herein shall be bound by the
usual nrovisinn contained in grants for sour or switch tracks on
or across streets in the City of Little ?Rock as to maintenance of
track levels and the having: between the tracks and for two (2)
feet on each side thereof with like ch^racter of pavement con-
tained in the remaining na.rt of said street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after the d!:.te of its passage.
