AN ORDINANCE GRIUTTING PEWISSIM TO M.M.EBERTS POST OF THE ,AMERICAN
LEGION TO ERECT A STADIL>r.? A AND STREETS
AND 7OR OTTIM PURPOSE'S; X
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH" CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCKt
Section 1. That a permit is hereby granted the M.M.Eberts f the
American Legion to erect a stadium at __ ue and d streets
for the purpose of conducting athletic events therein; said stadium to be
100 x 150 feet end shall have no roof or covering of any nature thereon.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby-
repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from land after
its passage.
