BE IT ORDAINED BY TH1 CITY COUNCIL 0" THEE CITY 07 LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized to purchase one small wheel tractor from the
firm of Kern - Limerick, Inc. of Little Roes" Arkansas, in accord-
ance witht the specifications and bid of 11arch 22, 1930.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the City's warrant f r the
amo nt o ' x,1385.00 payable to Kern - Lir-ierick, Inc., out of the
-- F-nd not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect from and after the date of its passage.
