AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FROM THE PARK
HE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $500.00 be, and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys in the Park
Fund, of the City of Little Rock, to be paid to J. Curran
Conway, Secretary of the Municipal Golf Course Commission, to
be used in improvement of the golf course at Fair Park, and the

Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the
City's warrant for such amount, payable to the party named.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
