AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANS FIXING WIDTH OF
STREETS AND ESTABLISHING GRADES IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 505.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the grades and widths of
streets embraced in Street Improvement District No. 505, as
shown on plans filed in the office of the City Engineer, be,
and the same are hereby, fixed and established in accordance
with such plans, and said plans are hereby approved.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
