AN ORDINANCE WIDENING A CERTAIN PORTION OF CROSS STREET IN
TH`" CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the property owners of the property abutting Cross
Street from the alley north to Markham Street have agreed to
the widening of Cross Street from the said alley to the inter-
section of Cross Street and Markham Street and the said property
owners have agreed to pay the costs of -oaving such additional
width, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
Section 1. That Cross street from the alley north to
Markham Street is hereby made and extended to the width of
Forty Five (45) feet, said widening being in the extent of
Five (5) feet additional to the width of said street as now
established by ordinance.
Section 2. All ordinances and harts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in effect from and after the date of its passage.
