• AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSAW 'WATER COL AITY
TO EXTEND AN EIGHT (8 ") INCH LINE EASTWARD IN
NORTH STREET FRO14 PARK TO SCHILLER STREETS, THEICE
NORTHWARD IN SCHILLER STREET TO LINCOLN AVENUE, and
INSTALL THEREON T -M STAINDARD LUDLO"' FIDE IIYDRANTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIT'S CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SECTION 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install an eight (811) inch line east-
ward in North Street from Park venue to ::c!;iller
Street, thence northward in Schiller Street to Lin-
coln Avenue, and install thereon two standard Ludlow
Fire hydrants at the following locations.
Northeast corner of North and Schiller Streets
Southwest corner of Schiller St. and Lincoln Ave.
SECTION Z. This line and hydrants are ordered in accordance
with Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 12,
1923, and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442, passed 1�1arch
24, 1924, and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356, passed
July 9, 1928.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as
they conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
