AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AN ADDITIONAL ASSE SSIdENT OF BENEFITS IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2522 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEFEAS an January 9, 1930, the Pulaski Chancery Court
gave judgment to Jacob L,eibrock, holder of c °rtificat�s numbers
dollars
25, 26, and 27, in the sum of one hundreS ($100.00) each with
interest in the sum of th-i rtv two dollars and twenty three cents
issued by Street Improvement District #252, the 1Fth
day of April 1917; and
WHEFEAS Honorable Frank H. Dodge, Chancellor of said court
has ordered the Commissioner of District #21^ to levy an addition-
al asses -,ment covering; the amount of said ,judgment, casts and. fees
which are charged by the city collector collecting same, which is
two percent (2"'), now thernforep
BE IT RESOLV�'D that an additional assessment be levied
t. upon the property in Street Improvement District #252 in the
sum of Three Hundred Fift -v Seven Dollars arid Seventv Five Cents
($357.75) and the City Collector is hereby authorized and.
directed to serve notice upon the property owners in the
district of the due date of sairl assessment which. is the
day of ,1930.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU11CII, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
4 Section 1. That an additional assessment of 15 per cent i
be levied upon the property in Street Improvement District 210.

as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock, and the City Collector is hereby authorized
and directed to .: serve notice upon the property owners x± in
teh district of the due date of said assessment, which is to be
paid on or before the j2hx&cXxxf17th day of Ju� 1930.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
