AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THlf; A'ZKANSAw!l WATER COTAPAINY TO
INSTALL A STANDARD LUDLOW PIPE :IYDRANT ON TILE NORTH -.
WEST CORNER OF WEST 3rd A14D CHESTER STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CJUPICIL OF TIIE CITY OF LITT �' ROCK.
SECTION 1.
The Arkansaw eater Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install a standard Ludlow Fire hydrant on
the northwest corner of P'vest 3rd and Chester Streets.
SECTION 2.
This hydrant is ordered in accorda-rice with
Section S of Ordinance No. 3290, passed Au-, st 13, 1923
and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442 passed i:iareh 24,
1924, and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356 passed July 9,
1923.

SECTIOII 3.
That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTIO1, 4.
THis ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passa;-,,c.
