AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,525.00 FROM THE AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND, ACCOUNT GENERAL HOSPITAL ANNEX,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,525.00 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys remaining in the
Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund for payment to
McGregor & Pickett for architect's Estimate No. 3 for general
contract in building the annex to the General Hospital, to be
charged to the Hospital Annex Account, and the Yayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants
therefor, payable to the parties named.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
