ORDINANCE N0. 4611
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,401.83 FROM THE AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the sum of $5,401.53 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys remaining in the
Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund for the payment of
the following claims, same to be charged to Fire Equipment
Account;
To
C. L. HARLIN, General Contractor
For Architects Estimate No. 2 on
Prospect and Harrison Fire Station $ 5,000.00
To
A. C. ELECTRIC SHOP
For Architects Estimate No. 1 on
Electric Pork at Prospect and Harrison

Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants therefor,
payable to the parties named, and all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
