VEa-da S, Street Improvement Li stri ct No. 343 has
been collecting ten per cent per annum of its assessed bene-
fits with the result that it has acquired considerable sur-
plus of funds and therefore does not need so large a collec-
tion to meet its bonds and interest maturities;
THI;tEFORE, BE IT NO'd OR3,�INi:D by the City Council
of the City of Little :lock �- rkansas:
Section 1. That said several lots, blocks, parcels,
rights -of -way or other subdivisions of real property within
said Street Improvement District TIo. 343 of the City of
Little stock, Lrkansas, be and they are hereby assessed accord-
ing to the assessment list for said improvement district as
the same now remains in the office of the City Olerk of the
City of Little flock, or as the same may be annually readjust-
ed by the Board of .ssessors, and that two per cent of said
assessment of the value of the benefits on each lot, block,
parcel, right -of -way or other subdivision of real property
in said district shall be paid annually on or before the
31st day of august of each year, beginning ,,ugust 31, 1930
until the whole of said assessments have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
