RE IT ORDAINED BY 'Iu CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or LITTLE ROCK:
SECTIOT, 1. To improve the water service to the Country Club
Addition and to improve the fire protection service to
Shadowlawn Addition, the Arkansawr "ater Company is hereby
ordered and directed to install an eight (811) inch line
in 3eechwood 1 I 1oad and Beech Street from its present eight
(811) inch line in Cantrell Road (01 Street) westward to
T Street, and connect to its present 8" line in T Street,
and install thereon standard Ludlow fire hydrants at
the following locations.
Southwest corner of 3eeckwood Road and Parkway Ave.
(Prospect Ave . )
Southwest corner of Leech and S Streets.
SECTION 2. This line and hydrants are ordered in accordance
with Section 8 of Ordinance !,,o. 3290, passed August 13,
1923, and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442, passed M.arch
24, 194, and as amended by Ordinance 1,"o. 43b6, passed
July 9, 1928.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict here�l are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
