BE IT ORDAIN-ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THLE'. CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION .1.
The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install a standard Ludlow 1-ire 11rydrant
on tie north side of East 9th Street at the inte•sec-
tion of Allen street.
SECTION 2.
This hydrant is ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 13, 1923,
and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442 passed March 24,
1924, and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356 passed
July 9, 1928.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they conf lJ-ot with this ordinance.
SECTION 4,
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passai-e.
