AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE INSTALLATION OF MINIATURE
GOLF OR PUTTING COURSES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,FIXING THE
FEES THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
Section 1. No miniature golf or putting course shall be
operated or installed in the City of Little Rock until a permit
therefor has been
