Section 1. That the Loard of Public sffairs is
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a lease with the
Arkansas Po ser & Light Company for the use of the swiriming poolafv&& f l
and appurtenances thereto at an annual rental of ' 1.00 per year
beginning June 10th, 1930, and expiring October , 1933.
Section 2. That said lease shall be taken in
the name of the City of Little Rock for the use and b enefit of
the Little Rock Recreation Commission, and upon acquisition by
the City of Li ctle Rock said property shall be conducted under
such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by said Com-
mis sion.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force aril
effect from and after its passaC ,e.
