AN ORDINANCE GRANTING l PEFU6IT TO R. C . BUTLER TO ERECT
A CORRUGATED IRON BUILDING ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ELEVENTH
AND BROADWAY STRT= -TS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OpD�LINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That a. permit is hereby granted to R.C.
Butler to erect a, corrugated iron building on the rear of the
property situated on the North Fast corner of Eleventh and
Broadway streets, 25 x 100 feet in dimensions.
Section 2. Before the issuance of the permit herein
granted the usual license fees shall be collected for such
constructions.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are, in so fax as they conflict, hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and sifter date of its nassa.ge.
