Be It Ordained by the City Council os the City of Little Rock,
Arxansas:
Section 1. That the owner or owners of any property abutting
on the south side of 14th street between Louisiana and Center streets,
ana on the west side of Louisiana between 14tn and 15th streets,
oe and the same are nereby required to build a concrete sidewalk
within sixty(bU) days from the passage of this ordinance, and to
maintain a concrete siuewalK along such property wnere the same abutte
upon the said 14tn street, between the points nerein named, and on
the said Louisiana, street, between the points herein named, of the
Kind aria material in accordance witu the specifications required by
o °uinance, ana within the tirne nereiri specified: the said construction
OT the siaewalK snail be unaer the supervision of the City Ent-ineer.
Section 2. Anyone who snail fail to comply witri the provisions
ofi tnis oraina,nce snail be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
in the Municipal Court, snail pay a tine of not less tnan �.UO, nor
more trran 't2!).00 for each otiense, ana eacri day in which this orcftmance
is violated, .nail be ana constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
nerewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they affect this ordinance,
and tnis ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
