FROM THIRD STREET TO THE RIVER
CITY COU1rCIL OF THE CITY OF
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the
Independent Ice Company, Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
lay a two inch l,il,e in the alley between Rock and Commerce
Streets, beginning on the South side of Third Street and
extending north to the "i.ssouri Pacific ri - ht- of -rnay, a distance
of approximately One Thousand and Tvienty (1020) Feet.
Section 2. Said pipe line to be laid at a depth of
not less than Eighteen (18) inches and to be laid under the
supervision of the City Engineer, after paying; the usual
fees now provided by ordinance for such construction.
Section 3. X11 ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and tilis ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after the date of its A. assage.
