AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PER•:IIT TO THE NATIONAL REFINING
CO .?PA?'TY TO ERECT CERTAIN DRIVEWAYS OVER THE SIDEWALK AT EIGHTH
AND HIGH STREETS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That a permit is hereby granted to the National
Refining Company to construct two (2) forty (40) feet entries
or driveways over and upon the sidewalk on the South East corner
of 8th and High Street, facing on High Street, and two (2)
forty (40) feet entries or driveways on the South East corner
of 8th and High Street facing on 8th Street, upon the payment of
the usual fees therefor as now provided by ordinance.
Section 2• All ordinances in conflict herewith are, in
so far as they do conflict, hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in force and take effect from and after the date of
its passage.
