AN ORDINANCE ESqABLISHING THE LOCATION AND GRADE ELEVA`1'ION
OF' THE MATIT SEWER, LATIPALS, AND OUTLE`1'S FOR SEWER IYPxOVEMENT
.0ISTRTCT ITO. 116, AND FOR OTH` 4 PU' FOSES.
Be It Oraained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas:
Section 1. That the location and the grade elevation of the
main sewer and laterals to be constructed by Sewer Improvement
District No. 116, be ana the sane is hereby established as
shown on the plans filed in the office of the Superintendent
of Public Works.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force ana effect from and after its passage.
