PAL.;'_ISTRY,PHREF?OLOGY AidD HOROSCOPE RE :DING IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section-1. That it shall be unlawful for any fortune
teller, of whatever name designated, be it clairvoyance, palmis-
try, l.hrenology or horoscope reading, or by any other means,
to pursue what is commonly called fortune telling, in the
