ORDINANCE 4783.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DONATION BY THE STATE
FAIR ASSOCIATION OF ARKANSAS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED BY THE CITY AS AN
ADDITION TO FAIR PARK.
BE IT ORDs"INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK;
Section 1. That the deed from the State Fair
14 association of Arkansas to the lots Seven (7), Eight (8),
Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) in Block Ten
(10), Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven
(11), Twelve (12) in Block Seven (7), Batesman's Sub -
Division of Cherry and Cox's Addtion to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas and the Wiest Sixty -five (65) feet of Lots
Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Four (4), Perry Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, �rkansas, except that
i
portion of the above described property deeded to the
P;issouri Pacific Railway Company for right of way, be and the
same is hereby accepted and that the City of Little Rock
hereby agrees to perpetually use and maintain said lands as
an addition to Fair Park,
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage.
